Q: Where do I find A2 mine? A: There’s no A2 mine, You unlock new mines at each new ward, A1-A4 shares the same mine, spawn and everything else. You can find more about it in the Ranking Up section.
Q: Can I somehow remove enchants from a pickaxe or transfer them to another pickaxe? A: You can remove enchants from a tool using an enchant cleanse. There is currently no way to transfer enchants from one tool to another.
Q: What are crystals and how to use them? A: Crystals are used for enchanting your tools and armor, you can find all the details in the Enchanting Section.
Q: What is a chamber, where do I find it? A: Chambers are 5x5 openings that you can find in the walls of the mines that contain loots. You can find more about them in the Chambers section.
Q: How do I repair my pickaxe? A: You can repair your tools with an anvil. To repair, you use the resource your tool is made out of and your mining level, your level won’t be lost upon repairing, each repair will cost more and more levels to the point where it will be too expensive to repair your tool. So, you can also use repair scrolls, or even add the epic enchant: repair on your pickaxe.
Q: Where do I use keys? A: Keys are used for ranking up, you can obtain them by completing advancements, you can find info about advancements in its section.
Q: Is scamming allowed? A: In-game scamming is allowed, but not encouraged. Irl scamming is not allowed. Be sure to record your irl deals in case you get scammed. It doesn’t matter if the in-game money was scammed or the irl money was scammed, any party that doesn’t do his/her part of the deal will be punished accordingly.
Q: What are irl deals? A: Irl deals are deals where you or someone else pays in-game money in return of something on the server’s buycraft store, or steam games/items.
Q: I sold something for an advancement but I didn’t get the advancement, why? A: Make sure you sell your items to a spawn shop in order to complete the advancement, player shops don’t count.
Q: What are shakedowns? A: Shakedowns are events which take place in the yard. During this time, 20 chests will be dropped in the yard which contains various loot. Be area though, PVP is enabled while in the yard! If you die there all your items will drop! (Do /shakedown in-game for detailed info and time of start.)
Q: How do I turn concrete powder into concrete? A: You need to place the concrete powder in water. Place a water bucket in your cell, then place down the powder, it will turn into concrete.
Q: How do I get water? A: You have water in the cauldron in your cell. But if you’ve already removed it, you can buy some from players cell’s. Just as in chat or /visit <playername> to buy some.
Q: How do I get ink sacs? A: You cannot get anymore. There were ways you can in the past but not anymore. But you find a good amount of players that sell some.
Q: Where do I get wood? A: You can find wood in the A mine. (/warp a, or /warp mine if you are A mine)
Q: Can I reset my account? I want all my progress gone. A: Yes you can! All you have to is to open a support ticket through our discord server here https://discord.gg/Q3YcYJ7 by reacting to the message in #support-ticket.
Q: Are free accounts from MCLeaks allowed? A: Of course NOT. Any use of a cracked or free account will result in a permanent ban.
Q: Are alts allowed? A: They are! As long as they are premium bought accounts you can use them. Please avoid using any free or cracked accounts, they are not allowed. However, beware that account sharing is limited (you cannot use an account that has a rank higher than yourself - check the full rule list for more info)

Q: I was banned. How do I appeal? A: You can appeal here http://bit.ly/JBMCAppeal. Make sure you use the required format, found here http://bit.ly/2L1Qicr. If you were banned for chargeback, you will have to appeal through a support ticket on discord, so we can sort out the items that were charged back. You can submit a ticket through our discord here https://discord.gg/Q3YcYJ7 by reacting to the message in #support-ticket.

Q: What type of payments do you accept on your webstore? A: We accept two methods. The first is paypal, it is very easy to set up a paypal account with your credit card. And the second method is payment wall. If you have any issues please contact a member of staff or open a support ticket.
