This NPC allows you to check information about levels, abilities and enchants:

Player Information: Current Level Current XP Modifiers (Extra Health, Defense, Movement Speed, Attack Speed and Attack Damage) Enchants (How many Enchants you can apply to your tools)

Leveling up also gives you access to these 3 things!
