You can also access this NPC using /trademaster.
This NPC allows you to trade in vote tokens from /vote, Mine tokens which are obtained from mining; these will be in /reward, PVP Tokens are obtained from shakedown, this happens every few hours and will be explained further into the guide, and event tokens which you can get from winning the Saturday Events. (Sometimes there will be an active season pass or events such as the christmas one.)
